Membership terms and conditions Granit Club

Membership in Granit Club is free and valid in all Granit Funktion och Förvaring AB's (hereinafter referred to as "Granit") stores in Sweden and on Granit's Swedish webshop; www.granit.com/se. Membership is issued by Granit Funktion och Förvaring AB (corporation no. 556537-94189).

To become a member of Granit Club, you must be 18 years old and have a Swedish personal identification number. Only private individuals can become members. Membership is personal. A valid ID document must always be presented to prove your membership. Valid ID documents are a Swedish driver's license, ID card and passport. Identity cards do not count as ID documents. To receive member discounts and offers online in the webshop, you must shop while logged in for the offers to be activated. 


Our mailings

As a member of Granit Club, you will receive inspiration and information about offers via email, text message and postal mail. If you do not want to receive any mailings from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe from newsletters via email or SMS, follow the link in the mailing. To unsubscribe from postal mail, you can log in to My Pages and change this choice.

 
Membership validity and termination

Your membership at Granit Club is valid until further notice. If you wish to terminate your membership, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service. Granit has the right to terminate a membership if there is suspicion that the membership is being abused.

 

Privacy and processing of personal data

Granit processes personal data, such as your name and email address, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy .  As a member of Granit Club, you agree that Granit registers, updates and processes personal data and information about your purchases at Granit. Your personal data is saved as long as you are a member and deleted if your membership ends.

The purpose of registering, updating and processing your information is to be able to have good customer and register care. The information is used for identification, administration and to communicate with you as a member. Your information is also used to perform analyses so that we can provide you with relevant marketing offers and information.

Your personal information is never sold, exchanged or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. Information passed on to third parties is only used for the above purposes.

You have the right to request information about the personal data Granit has about you at any time. The data controller is Granit Funktion och Förvaring AB (corporation no. 556537-9418).

Changes to the terms and conditions

Granit reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Information about any changes will be sent via email to you as a member. The changes will only come into effect when you have been informed of them.

 
Force majeure – events beyond our control

Granit is not liable for damage resulting from legal requirements, government action, war, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstances. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if Granit itself takes or is subject to such conflict measures. Granit is also not obliged to compensate for damage in other cases that occurs if Granit has been normally careful.
