Poème d'Amour
Granit interprets selected patterns from Swedish designer Stig Lindberg in a unique collaboration. The present meets the past with a twist! We chose timeless patterns and gave them typical down to earth, subtle Granit colors.
In 1947, Stig Lindberg designed a textile print called Poème d’Amour. The director of NK’s Textile chamber, Astrid Sampe, fell in love with the pattern and had a dress made of it that she wore on representative occasions. The dress is now displayed at Nordiska museet. Granit has been given the opportunity to reproduce the print in a unique color.
