Build your own bowls!

Lack of ideas when it comes to lunches? Perhaps the time is simply not enough. Prepare by boiling, chopping and store in different containers in the fridge. All you need to do after that is to pick & mix when it's time for food!

Create them after your own taste. A bowl can be varied in infinity, choose your favorite ingredients. The principle is to work with proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, lots of greens - and a little extra on top!
