Baking/pizza steel for baking bread or pizza in the oven. Also works on induction hob, grill or over an open fire to fry, for example, smashed burgers and vegetables. 

Made in Sweden of 6 mm carbon steel from SSAB. Size: 35x39x0,6 cm, weight 4710 g.
