Hoogla is a grass that grows in the southern parts of Bangladesh. The grass is harvested between February and March by the local farmers and has long been used to make household items. The supplier has made use of this knowledge and tradition and together with those who want to promote and produce with the greatest possible consideration for people and the environment. The baskets are timeless, sustainable products with a contemporary awareness, handmade from materials grown without agricultural chemicals and artificial irrigation.
